We have been using all features for over two months. So far so good. It is VERY easy to install.
I liked that toilet and comfortable to sit.
The toilet works perfectly if installed properly. Check the lines to be sure there are no crimps, even pop the cover off the back and check. Adjust your water pressure as instructed if necessary as there are perimeters as with all of them. Customer support is excellent. They are extremely responsive and helpful. And of course it's heavy!! It's a ceramic toilet and clearly indicates the weight!!
I thought the services and experience with this product is worth a review.;1. The Seat is very comfortable - flat and made of good quality material. It works as advertised e.g heated and e.t.c2. Premix Rinse - Before i bought this I could not find this in the spec sheet of the product. But on using it, it does have it. Once you seat on the toilet it pours a small rinse of water - this prevent stickiness.3. Flush is very effective - Flushes well such that you dont need to clean too much. My wife have stopped complaining i dont clean up well after use. I think the blue light help you see that you have cleaned up well.4. Remote- is very easy to use.5. Foot sensor - works well. Walk close and it opens. As a guy you dont need to touch anything. Just use your foot to open the lid after the seat open - pee and then use your foot to close the lid. The seat will close immediately afterwards and do a light flush after peeing.6. Looks - Elegant and I get lots of compliment for it.Services - I contacted the Bazyths service team before I bought the product to learn more about it. I must say, they were the most professional team i contacted and were very helpful.One for my guest toilet and 1 for one for my master bedroom - Every guest I get wants to buy one. This toilets are well priced now and I think it is only a matter of time for conventional toilets to be out of the market. When you use this, there is not going back.
This toilet came with everything I needed to hook it up. It performs all functions listed in the product description. Pre-wash bowl, Front and Rear Wash with warm water, Air Dryer, Bowel is lit in blue. Toe tap at side bottom for standing hands free lid lifting.NOTE: Approach Lid lift is not configured by default. You have to use the hand control with a long press on the open/close button to get it configured. After that, the lid will raise on your approach.
