30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Bazyths, we are committed to providing products that perform as promised. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right. All Bazyths products are sold as new and covered by our standard manufacturer warranty. However, we accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of receipt and in original condition, whenever you are not satisfied with the product or change your mind. But you are responsible for the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee if no quality issues are involved, the return item MUST be packed in the original package with complete accessory inside and non-installed.
Return Instructions
- Customers must email support@bazyths.com to request a return authorization before sending any items back. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.
- For remorse returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee per item. This fee may be charged upfront or deducted from the refund.
- For returns due to product defects or quality issues, Bazyths will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The return must be shipped within 10 business days of receiving the label.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging, with no signs of physical damage or missing parts. Failure to comply may affect the refund amount.
- Items received more than 30 calendar days after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that have been modified or installed are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item(s). We do not issue refunds or exchanges before receiving your return.
