What if my home has low or unstable water pressure?

ZY695A has a built-in tank and pressure-assisted flushing. It can operate even under very low water pressure and deliver a powerful flush.

Can I flush during a power outage?

Yes. The built-in battery compartment supports one-button emergency flushing when the power is off. Bidet functions (warm water, dryer, heated seat) won’t work without power.

What is the seat height? Is it suitable for seniors?

The comfort height is 16.7" (floor to seat), providing ergonomic support—friendly for seniors or users with limited mobility.

How do I maintain and clean the nozzle?

Professional installation or DIY?

Many users can DIY with basic tools if a water inlet and a GFCI outlet are ready. If you are unsure about plumbing/electrical work, we recommend professional installation.

What should I do if the remote control isn’t working?

First, check if the batteries are installed properly. If the indicator light turns on when you press a button, the remote has power.

If the remote still doesn’t work, try re-pairing it with the smart toilet using the following steps:

Turn off the power and then turn it back on. Within 30 seconds after the toilet is powered on, start the pairing process.
Turn the knob to select the Feminine Wash mode. When the display flashes once, keep holding the knob.
Press and hold the Rear Wash button. The display screen will flash continuously.
Press the STOP button on the remote control. The pairing is now successful.

Arrived quickly with scheduled delivery window. My doorbell video shows delivery driver did not take into account or cared that it notes FRAGILE all over the box as he tossed it on my porch. Great packaging from factory and no noticed damaged at this time. Everything needed to install toilet is included in the box (except silicone caulking). Great water pressure with separate tank and booster pump.

This smart toilet is really a big improvement in my daily life, especially on cold mornings, it is really a pleasure to feel the warm seat. Its heating function not only makes going to the toilet in winter no longer a torture, but the temperature of the seat can also be adjusted, which is really considerate. The flushing system is also very smart, and the water consumption is very economical every time, and there is no water waste at all. Moreover, the design of the automatic opening and closing of the toilet lid makes me feel very advanced. I no longer need to touch the toilet lid myself, and the sense of hygiene is instantly improved by several levels.

In addition, its cleaning function is really unique! Several water flow modes are very comfortable, especially after washing with warm water, it is much cleaner than paper towels. There is also a drying function, which completely says goodbye to the wet feeling.

I've had bidet attachments for few years but after upgrading my bathroom decided to get new toilet with bidet.
This toilet bidet has modern stylish look without the old fashion tank standing on top toilet.
This is smart Toilet so it opens and closes by itself when you get closer and you are done with you business.
It will also flush by itself.
I can chose different option by using remote. No more toilet paper.
With my old bidet attachment dryer was never efficient. This one have really powerful dryer that dry your bottom in 90 sec.
I also like that fact that this toilet uses only abou 1gal of water per flush so it's environmentally friendly.
I love it. Love the style and functionality.
